Syncing devices other than Apple products with a Mac can be a problem but SyncMate, allows Mac users can Sync just as easily to Windows Mobile devices, Android devices, Nokia S40 phones, other Macs, Windows PCs, Sony PSP, USB flash drives, Google accounts and online storage sites.
SyncMate is offered in two editions - Free and Expert. Free SyncMate lets you sync Address Book and iCal between Mac and supported devices/ accounts. Expert Edition syncs images, videos, music, Safari and Firefox Bookmarks, Entourage and Mail Notes, ToDo/Reminders, Mail, Time, Stickies and separate folders between Macs and supported devices/accounts. Note however that sync options may differ for each supported device or account. SyncMate Expert also offers an AutoSync option, which lets you set various parameters of automatic sync for any of supported device.
You can also sync Folders between Mac and mounted storage devices, other Macs, Sony PSP or Windows PCs in real time, i.e. once you have changed any data on your Mac or connected device, it will be synced immediately. With the Expert Edition you can create, send, delete, search and export text messages from Android, Win Mobile or Nokia on your Mac. Most importantly for Windows phone users, you can install any .cab files on your Win Mobile phone right from your Mac!
SyncMate Expert allows you to convert videos to AVI, MPG, MP4, WMV, ASF, 3GP and audio files to MP3 and WAV prior to syncing them to device. The Sync process can be performed via USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Ethernet depending on the synced device.
All in all, SyncMate is an excellent tool to synchronize your Mac with any Windows Mobile or Android device and more.
